Our Methods, AI Use, and Review Process
How Satellite Feng Shui separates property observations, traditional calculations and AI interpretation, and what human review means.

Who publishes this content
Satellite Feng Shui publishes the guides and operates the tools on this website. Questions about a guide, calculation or report can be sent to support@satellitefengshui.com. The publisher name identifies the service responsible for the page; it does not imply that every article has been reviewed by a named independent expert.
Three layers to keep separate
An observation records what available data shows, such as a road or building footprint. A calculation applies a stated rule, such as assigning an annual star to a palace. An interpretation gives a traditional meaning to that observation or calculation. A repeatable calculation does not establish that the interpretation predicts real outcomes.
Satellite and map observations
The survey uses available satellite imagery and road or geographic data, including Esri World Imagery and OpenStreetMap-derived data. Coverage, image age, resolution and building identification can limit the result. Remote imagery cannot by itself establish indoor noise, air quality, structural condition or the experience of a particular unit. Confirm the property and unresolved details on site.
Facing, building period and floor plans
A full report uses supplied property details, facing information and floor plans where available. A direction or construction year supplied by the user is an input, not an independent site measurement. True north and magnetic north differ; the reference and any conversion matter. An unclear facing, plan orientation or construction history should remain an explicit assumption.
Traditional calculation conventions
Our guides describe the rules used by the site: stem relationships for the Ten Gods, Li Chun-based Life Gua year selection, and nine-palace annual Flying Stars. The period convention places 2024–2043 in Period 9. Births near a solar-term boundary need the time convention and input precision checked. Different schools may interpret the same chart differently.
What AI does
The service uses AI to explain chart data and to help interpret available property images and details. An explanation can misread an input, overlook missing information or overstate a conclusion. Compare it with the displayed inputs and calculations. AI-generated wording is not evidence that a location was visited or a prediction verified.
Instant reports and human review
The AI Instant report is delivered through the automated report workflow. For the Master-Reviewed option, the generated report is held as a draft for a reviewer to inspect, optionally edit and approve before delivery. That approval step is a review of the report, not an on-site inspection, professional certification or guarantee of an outcome. Consult the product page and checkout for the selected scope, price and delivery terms.
How to use the guides and examples
Guides explain traditional systems and practical observation steps. Diagrams labeled schematic are illustrations, not measurements of a real property. A sample report demonstrates the format for one property; its conclusions should not be copied to another home. Traditional labels and name scores are not validated measures of health, wealth, relationship quality or safety.
Updates and corrections
The date on a guide records its substantive content update. The same date and method note are included in its structured data or AI-readable export as appropriate. If you spot an error, send the page URL, the passage and the inputs needed to reproduce a calculation to support@satellitefengshui.com. Do not send private report access links or unnecessary personal details.
