What this service is
Satellite Feng Shui provides feng shui surveys and Chinese astrology readings generated from satellite imagery, map data, classical methodology, and AI. All content is guidance for reflection and arrangement — not prediction, and not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or structural). Decisions you make remain your own.
Who we are
Satellite Feng Shui is operated by METRO YANG PTY LTD (ABN 45 663 592 943), Adelaide, South Australia. Payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your statement under that company name.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars. The price shown is the total you pay us: it includes any Australian GST that applies and we add no fees at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may charge its own currency conversion fee.
Paid products
- Exterior Survey Unlock (one-time, $12.90): every finding from the survey you just ran, with a remedy for each, delivered immediately on a private web link. It does not include the Flying Star chart, BaZi overlay or room plan. The amount is credited if you upgrade to a full report from your unlocked survey page.
- Full Feng Shui Report (one-time, $49 AI Instant or $129 Master-Reviewed): delivered as a private web link and PDF after you complete the intake form. The Master-Reviewed option adds review by a human practitioner and is delivered within 24 hours.
- Plus membership (subscription, $9.99 monthly or $79 yearly): monthly fortune report, personalized almanac, unlimited oracle questions. Membership renews automatically at the end of each paid period until you cancel. To cancel, email us from your membership email; we stop future charges within one business day and access continues to the end of the paid period. If we change the membership price, we will email you at least 30 days before your next renewal so you can cancel first.
Fair use
Free tools are rate-limited. Automated scraping, resale of reports, or misrepresenting our output as human-practitioner certification is not permitted.
Accuracy and limits
Satellite analysis is performed on the imagery and data available; site conditions not visible from above (interior details, recent construction, signage) may not be reflected. Where inputs you provide are inaccurate (facing, building year, birth time), the reading inherits that inaccuracy — reports state their assumptions explicitly.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
- to cancel your service contract with us; and
- to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
Our Refund Policy sits on top of these rights and does not replace them.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. A change does not apply to a report you have already bought. If a change affects an active membership, we will email you before it takes effect and you may cancel.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. This does not take away any consumer protection you are entitled to under the law of the country where you live.
