Start with the correct address and building. The full report intake asks for the construction year, measured facing when known, a floor plan, and occupant birth details for the personal analysis. Mark estimates as estimates rather than supplying them as measurements.
What needs an on-site check
Image age, resolution and obstructions can limit a remote survey. Actual interior conditions, noise, daylight and building condition cannot be established from satellite imagery alone. A traditional reading does not replace a property inspection.

If an Exterior Survey Unlock is offered after the preview, it covers the exterior findings only; it does not include the Flying Star chart, BaZi overlay or room plan.
